Tracker Ratings
* Trackers now have ratings from 1 to 10 in the [#] tags.
* This is based on Content and Speed and Pre-Times.
This Scale Is To Rate Sites From 1 To 10
* 1 being the easiest to get into a site and 10 the hardest.
* This has nothing to do with contents of the trackers.
* Ratings of trackers themselves are in the [#] tags.
NOTE: THIS LIST SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LITERALLY. It's just to figure where each site stands (rarity-wise). Do NOT ask the URL of the sites specified in this thread.
