Member section Rep number instead of a symbol

Hi

If you go in the member section there is a column Reputation if you want to see the reps of some member of the forum. The only thing that is display is a little symbol like this one :

Is it possible to write the Rep number instead if those weird symbol that most people can't tell what it mean.

Probably once the site has been completely from head to toe finalized; it would be nice to see a level of progression of rep points. May even keep people's minds off the post count so much and have something new to bitch about, lol :P.

Maybe not neccessary but still is a good idea
